Thermal phase change material – EU-PCM-AL
EU-PCM-AL is composed by a thin aluminum foil coated on both sides by a thermally conductive phase change material.
At temperatures greater than 52°C, EU-PCM-AL changes into a molten state and, under low closure force, creates a perfect thermal contact between components surface and the heat sinks assuring a low thermal resistance.
EU-PCM-AL has great heat spreading characteristics and it is easy to handle, thereby it can be considered a great replacement for messy grease.
