Gluing of shielding gaskets made from conductive elastomers, is obtained thanks to different conductive silicone-based adhesives which allow for fixing to the metal element. A further application is the conglutination of silicone gaskets among themselves. Our range is composed of a one-piece adhesive component with 4 different particle types to match the material of the gasket. These adhesive silicones are crosslinking at room temperature and characterize itself by a wide temperature range as well as an excellent elastic joint.

A typical example of use is to glue round silicone EMI profiles into housing notches. Ideally you choose a gasket size which fits perfectly for the notch but if the available gasket is a little bit too loose in channel then you have the possibility to glue the gasket punctual or complete into the notch.

A further example of use is to glue electrical conductive round profiles to o -rings. To do this the round profile has to be cut to the required length and then both cutting points will be agglutinated. Depending on the relative humidity the adhesive joint has to mechanically fixed for minimum 24 hours. The result is an electrical conductive joining and concurrently a very elastic connection.
