EMI Gaskets – Conductive Elastomers

EMI Gaskets belong to Conductive elastomers family. The family include a wide range of proposal and solutions for any needs. EMI gaskets are available as silicone gaskets with embedded metal wires. These EMI gaskets are made of fine monel or aluminium wires laid perpendicularly to the mating surfaces and embedded in solid or sponge silicone or alternatively in fluorosilicone. The elastomers act as an environmental seal, while the metal wires provide excellent electric conductivity to establish EMI/RFI integrity.
Available with or without PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), this product comes in sheets, strips or it can easily be die-cut by Euro Technologies into complex shapes or made into custom frame gaskets.
FIP (Form in Place) gaskets are among the various solutions offered by Euro Technologies: this is an automated system for dispensing conductive elastomers which applies EMI gaskets directly onto metal or plastic substrates. This product is ideal for small telecommunication and medical devices, as well as radio applications and many others.
