Conductive Elastomers

Euro Technologies offers a wide range of conductive elastomers. This family, cleverly managed by the international sales team of Euro Technologies, presents many solutions able to satisfied any needs.
For instance, silicone gaskets with embedded metal wires include EMI gaskets made of fine monel or aluminium wires laid perpendicularly to the mating surfaces and embedded in solid or sponge silicone or alternatively in fluorosilicone.
The elastomers act as an environmental seal, while the metal wires provide excellent electric conductivity to establish EMI/RFI integrity.
This product, available with or without PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), comes in sheets, strips or it can easily be die-cut by Euro Technologies into complex shapes or made into custom frame gaskets.
Among the various solutions offered by Euro Technologies, we can find also the FIP (Form in Place) gaskets.FIP is an automated system for dispensing conductive elastomers which applies EMI gaskets directly onto metal or plastic substrates. This product is ideal for small telecommunication and medical devices, as well as radio applications and many others.
