When dealing with heat transfer or dissipation, air gaps – bad thermal conductors which hinder the flow towards heat sinkers – need to be filled with Thermal Interface Material (TIM).

Thermally Conductive Insulators are part of a product family composed of thermally conductive and electrically insulating materials.
They are designed for a wide range of applications: they withstand drilling in mechanical fixing installations and provide consistent breakdown voltage.
Moreover, they offer an excellent mating surface for low pressure clip mounting applications. This kind of material can be die-cut into standard or customized shapes or dimensions.
Thermal Grease guarantees excellent thermal properties for the best thermal resistance values currently on the market; high thermal conductivity, minimum thickness and superior surface wetting characterize this product.
In addition, it does not dry out or leak and remains stable in all reliability tests; like all other products by Euro Technologies, Thermal Grease is screen or stencil printable.
Easy and ready for use, Euro Technologies’ Thermal Grease is supplied in ½ kg, 1 kg and 3 kg packages.
