Double-side Thermal Conductive Tape

The Double-side Thermal Conductive Tape is a thermally conductive adhesive tape designed to provide an efficient method of mounting heat sinks onto devices such as microprocessors, small electronic packages and other components. Thanks to the Double-side Thermal Conductive Tape, clips, clamps and other forms of mechanical fixing as well as little practical thermal compounds are no longer needed. It consists of highly conductive aluminum foils coated on both sides with thermally conductive, high-strength adhesive.
The Double-side Thermal Conductive Tape can be supplied in rolls, sheets or single die-cut shapes as well as in customized dimensions to meet the customer’s requirements.
