Electro-Coat

Electro-Coat gaskets are made of a sealing gasket covered by conductive material; depending on the application, Electro-Coat can be chosen in various materials and finishes.
Euro Technologies offers Electro-Coat with shielding effectiveness greater than 90 dB and a compression set between 10% and 70% to accommodate uneven gaps in enclosure housings. The most commonly used material for this product is standard silicone with no metal particles contained in the mix; however, bespoke solutions can be designed to meet specific requirements.
Among the various forms available, the “hollow o-strip” type has a total diameter which ranges from 0.9mm to 4.8mm and an inner diameter from 0.5mm to 2.8mm.
Finally, Electro-Coat by Euro Technologies can be mounted using several different solutions such as “dart-press-fit”, groove or adhesives.
